Who we are

easyautoclinic makes estimate and approval software for independent auto repair shops. This policy covers this website. Questions: hello@easyautoclinic.com.

What we collect

• When you request a demo: your shop name, city and email, and, if you choose, your number of bays and current software.
• Basic technical logs our hosting provider keeps to run and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

How we use it

We use demo-request details only to contact you about a demo and to understand whether easyautoclinic fits your shop. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host this site and store demo requests for us (currently Vercel), and anyone we are legally required to share it with.

How long we keep it

We keep a demo request while we are in contact about a demo or a possible founding-shop arrangement. Ask us at any time and we will delete it.

Your choices

Email hello@easyautoclinic.com to see, correct or delete what you sent us. California residents may have additional rights under California law, and we will honor requests made through that address.

Do Not Track

We do not track visitors across other websites, so we treat every visit the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the effective date at the top.
